One of the many names of God in relation to His attributes and personality is Jehovah Shammah.
This name is so comforting in its purpose and meaning. Most often than not, we forget this important fact that if you wholly belong to God, He is right there at your corner. He is there as your Helper and your Comforter. He is there as your Protector and your Number 1 Cheerleader. He is there as your support and your confidence.
We get so caught up with worries about tomorrow that we forget that He actually holds our tomorrow. He can make it great for us if we follow His plan and purpose. We forget that He is the One who holds our breath. And because of that He is also watching out for us.
So caught up in ambition and our plans that we forget that He alone makes happen what He allows in our lives. We sometimes become cocky and think we can do it all because we know it all.
However, the wise ones always acknowledge Him: both for their comfort and their accomplishments. They, of course, began with acknowledging Him as their source and their ‘buga’ factor. Without Him, they are NOTHING. And with Him, they win all battles and come out victorious in all challenges. So, they walk in constant dominion in life.
You know, you don’t have to live your life with your head constantly bowed down and your heart constantly pounding against your chest in fear and trepidation. You can also live a fulfilling life and boast about God as your support pillar. What it takes is this simple act of obedience: Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Saviour. This puts you in a place of great advantage. I can assure you of that.
Walk in that constant confidence of having God at your corner, no matter what your life looks like right now, and you will see a total transformation of your situation by His love and power. You will thank me later.
So, God is there with you always when you sign up to be in His TEAM. It is that simple.
May His grace and love be the weapon you need to uproot timidity from your life and walk in constant dominion today and always in Jesus name. Amen.
