So, the Spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the Lord filled the house. Ezekiel 43:5
Continued is the photorealistic image of the temple by Ezekiel. He reported that the glory of the Lord filled the newly constructed temple.
He was watching from the mountain the measurement while every aspect of the temple was being measured for its construction. However, here, he was brought right into the courtyard of the temple to behold the returned glory of God filling the whole temple.
We would recall that the beginning of his visions for Israel started with the glory departing from the temple. This must be so fulfilling for him to see the glory return with the rebuilding of the new temple.
I was sharing at the cell meeting yesterday evening how empty and naked a Christian becomes without the active presence of the Holy Ghost in their lives. It is an experience you don’t wish on an enemy.
It is thus important to ensure that we guard jealously the purity of our walk with God. It is a priceless privilege we should never take for granted.
Others may not understand; it may not make sense to them, but once you experience it, you never let go of the guidance and gentleness of the Holy Ghost in directing the affairs of your lives, if you let Him.
He doesn’t force anyone. But at the end, when you obey His leading , you will understand why it was the best choice to make at that point in time.
So, once again, I urge you to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Saviour. That is the only access to the Holy Ghost as it was clearly stated in John 3:5 and Acts 2:38&39.
Happy Sunday, people!
As you go to church today, may you encounter the full power of the Holy Ghost in His presence, either to break you from the grip of sin or exalt your spirit in your walk with Him as you are drawn closer to Him, where He reveals Himself more to you in Jesus name. Amen.
