Son of man, set thy face toward the mountains of Israel, and prophesy against them.

In life, there are mountains.

We already established that Ezekiel’s style of message delivery was mainly symbolic.

Here, the question is: What exactly are the mountains of Israel?

Do these have to do with the geographical assets in Israel alone?

The truth is that we all know that insurmountable issues are regarded as mountains. In parables by the Lord Jesus Christ, He told us about speaking to our mountains. The only way to get those seemingly insurmountable challenges to move is to confront them head on and speak to them to compel them to get out of our way.

Today, don’t continue to look at the issue you find terrifying. Instead, confront it. Speak against it and God will uproot it from out of your way so you can advance in that area of your life it had been keeping you stagnated. A sample of what to say can be seen in Ezekiel 6:3.

God is on your side. You only have to know it and do all it takes to keep Him there.

The first step is to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Saviour.

I pray today that every mountain hindering your life progress is uprooted and cast into the bottomless pit, never to arise to block your way anymore in Jesus name.
