O thou sword of the Lord, how long will it be ere thou be quiet? put up thyself into thy scabbard, rest, and be still.
Jeremiah 47:6
When God’s judgement is raging, only God’s mercy can quiet it. When the Lord requires the execution of His justice, will you be ready to change your ways in order to get a reprieve?
However, any sword of the enemy targeting you today, I declare an end come to its execution force. Because of the blood of Jesus, God’s mercy arises and defend you and your household.
Indeed, you can use this opportunity to take cover in God’s perfect covering and protection. The Bible says clearly that ‘The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous runs into it and is safe’, Proverbs 18:10.
It doesn’t matter where you are at right now, if you will choose the life God advised, He will become your defender and protector. All you need is to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Saviour. That is God’s gold standard to get into His book of life. So, what are you going to do about it?
