Again the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
Jeremiah 24:4

This scripture leapt to me when I opened my Bible this evening to make up for the one missed in the morning. Indeed, it is a privilege to hear from God.

Here, Jeremiah received messages from God twice in a row. This tells us that God wishes to speak to us always. However, are we listening?

This should make us to pause and reflect. If we are sensitive in the spirit, we will hear the voice of the Holy Spirit above the noise around us. We need to be cautious and ensure that we open our hearts to hear from God always. He desires to fellowship with us all the time. However, we are usually too busy to hear from Him.

But because Jeremiah opened his heart to hear from God, he received multiple messages. So, let us open our hearts. Even the little things around us could be what God will use to speak to us. That could be His way of giving answers to our long-standing prayer points.

Let’s be sensitive in the spirit. I hope this blesses someone this evening.

I am so sorry that this is coming so late today.

We started the Vacation Bible School for the children today and a whole lot of official activities lined up also. I just finished one meeting and am getting ready for another one.
