Therefore, behold, I will this once cause them to know, I will cause them to know mine hand and my might; and they shall know that my name is The Lord.

This is a heavy one this morning. God has said clearly that He was going to show the full force of His powerand might.

This reminds me of the scripture in the New Testament where the Lord Jesus Christ warned that when you fall against the Rock, you get broken into pieces and when the Rock falls on you, you get ground into powder. So, whichever way, you remain the victim.

Testing God’s power and patience can be disastrous. The wise don’t try it. What they do is entreat His favour.

So, this morning, let’s ponder on this scripture and take the smart way. Let us call on the name of the Lord in humility and obtain salvation. This way, we can be sure of His protection rather than His wrath.
