Let Your Hand be Upon me

1 Chronicles 4:9,10.

Divine blessing and enlargement are useless without the hand of God. It takes the hand of God to receive empowerment and favour. 

Jabez was praying out of experience and the frustrations he had experienced. To sustain a blessing experienced requires the hand of God. When the hand of God is on a believer, they command supernatural result. He makes the ordinary person to become extraordinary. 

The hand of God signifies the assistance and supernatural help of God.

Why do I need the hand of God?

It provides divine strength until victory is obtained, Isaiah 41:10. 

The hand of God brings divine direction, Psalm 139:7-10. One of things the hand of God does is to guide us. When a person is guiding us, our knowledge is limited. If your desire is to go to the right path, you need the hand of God. Only the right hand of God will lead us to the right path in life. If you don’t want to go through the way of death, you need the hand of God. One thing that divine directions does is to lead us in the right path.

It brings supernatural favour, Nehemiah 2:8. If you desire the favour of God in this season, you must continuously ask for the hand of God.

It provides divine protection from evil, Exodus 33:22.

He grants you supernatural speed, 1 Kings 18:46. To enjoy supernatural speed, you must have the hand of God upon you.

What must I do to enjoy the hand of God.

A life of obedience is one of them. Commit yourself to obeying the word of God. God places His hand on those obedient to His word. If you want the blessings of God, commit to obeying God.

Crave for God’s presence. Exodus 33:15

Seek God in prayer. Every one that desires the hand of God must be prayerful, Luke 3:21 If your life must matter in this season, you must have the hand of God on your life.

If the blessing must come, the trouble will also come with it. You need the hand of God to sustain you then.
