Every time God speaks, He speaks what He wants to do. They are divine instructions. Ezekiel 12:24-28, the word of God goes forth. It requires your faith for the fulfilment of the word that God has sent forth. Jeremiah 33:21, the covenant of God will not fail in as much as we receive and believe it.
What is the sign of the covenant? That we engage in praise over the received word. Isaiah 54: 1,2, For the seed to prosper, you must expand your cords and give Him praise. Praise is a prophetic requirement to seeing the prophetic word fulfilled.
So, we praise God for every prophetic word because this is the platform for prophetic fulfilment.
When Hannah received the word, her countenance changed, 1 Samuel 1:18.
When we give Him praise, He comes down into our lives to perform what no one else can do. We remind Him of His ability and capability when we praise Him. Human beings can fail us but God has no limitation and thus cannot fail us. Acts 20:32, when you believe God and give Him praise, He releases your inheritance.
Prophecies are divine plans unveiled when He unveils them to you. Only His hands can perform what He has unveiled, John 17:3. Every area God has unveiled Himself to you, you have obtained eternal life in the area. 1 John 5:11, you hold on to what He has revealed to you and you begin to have eternal life in that area. How much of God you know determines the extent of praise you give to Him. If you can get a revelation of what is yet to be available and praise Him for it, you will have of it.
1 Samuel 2:9, the word of God does not depend on the strength of anyone to bring to pass His plan. Matthew 8:9, the centurion understands that being under authority and thus understands the personality of the person of Jesus. Every prophetic word of God depends on the ability of God and this brings it into fulfilment.

Daniel 4:35, God does not speak fear; He speaks hope. When you hear fear, that is not a propehic word. Fear is the weapon of the enemy. When God speaks, fear is destroyed. All we need to speak is faith.
All we need to get out of the valley of doubt and fear is to give Him praise. We can praise our way into the realm of signs and wonders. Exodus 15:11, every time we want to see the wonder working power of God, we give Him praise.
