Are you whom God says you are?

Do you even know who you are?

Some will frown at this question. However, I ask again, do you know who you are? If you do, tell me in the comments. I am interested in knowing.

Identity crisis is real. A woman that will rather risk getting cancer by putting deadly chemicals to her scalp in the name of fashion to get them straightened out would likely be suffering from something that has to do with lack of self awareness.

I also thinking bleaching the skin to become lighter than you were created to be is also a sign of identity crisis. Why would anyone want to change their skin colour if not for the want of self-assurance of having a feeling of not good enough.

Identity crisis manifests in diverse ways. This shows why many people will rather fight others rather than improve their own situations. It could also be inferiority complex manifesting in terms of bullying others. Even when a person would be assumed to be feeling superior, they may actually be afraid of being overtaken. The dog eat dog in the rat race of life is something like this. People that have self confidence in whom they are would rather be focused on their assignment rather than looking at how someone else is doing theirs.

One sure identity that cannot be clouded with crisis is the whom God has said you are. He said, “Ye are gods.” However, if you lack the understanding of whom God says you are, you are probably going to die like men. Now, is it not tragic for a god to die like an ordinary mortal? Anyway, our latest video on the Youth Series tells us what needs to be done so as to avoid that tragic end. You need to understand whom God says you are so that you can live your full potential in life.
